Returns & Refund Policy

At BM Autowerks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for items purchased through our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used, installed, or damaged items

  • Electrical components (unless faulty)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom orders or special-order parts

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement item

  • Exchange for another product

  • Refund to your original payment method

You may be asked to provide photos/videos of the fault to help speed up the process.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged: we cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to change of mind: you cover return shipping.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  • We will process it as a standard return.

  • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item (additional shipping may apply for change-of-mind exchanges).
